Fulton County, IL 122 Acres

Bordered by tillable fields on three sides, this creek bottom bowl is a the primary block of deer habitat in the area. It has good connecting timber as well.

The bowl is made up several different habitat types. An overgrown south facing thicket, open hardwood ridges, a classic Illinois creek bottom and two tillable flats for food plot locations.

10-15 years ago the farm was used for hare scramble dirt biking, creating a spiderweb of narrow trails that weave everywhere. With years of overgrowth and neglect, the remnants of these trails have now become major deer travel routes, they are pounding these old trails!

This farm doesn't have much evidence of hunting. When we walked the farm in late December, we saw a 160" buck come out of the south facing thicket south of the big tillable flat!

Building on what is already a great farm, we have located several incredible hunting locations where the terrain, habitat types and dirt bike trails converge. One of these spots is so good you could have every buck on the farm pass within bowrange of that single tree.

We plan to clear out a creek bottom food plot tucked back into the timber as a check in point for cruising bucks. Trails will be strategically placed for access, allowing you to slip through the farm undetected on an electric bike or cart.

The farm's holding power will be increased through a timber harvest on the two main hardwood ridges down to the creek bottom. If you are interested in purchasing it Pre-Market, you are welcome to help add your personal touch to the layout as well.
