Hunting Strategy Consultation

Maximize your investment. Have better hunts. Increase your property value.

Spending hundreds of thousands of dollars is common when buying a hunting farm, but many landowners never invest in truly maximizing their hunting potential and unlocking property value through strategic improvements.

What you get

As a landowner, there are strategies you can execute to improve your farm's ability to bring big deer into bow range. To learn what these strategies look like and how to implement them on your farm, book a hunting strategy consultation with Mark Luster from our consulting division.

Increased property value

Making your property more productive will set it apart from most of the properties in your area. Think of it like "staging" your farm for sale. We have bought and sold over 80 farms and we understand how to maximize property value. It has been our experience that when you go to sell, hunting strategy improvements maximize the appeal and value of your property.

Increased hunting efficiency

Do you have a limited time to hunt? Maybe you hunt primarily on weekends or on vacation during the rut. Improving your farm's ability to bring big deer within range helps you to have better hunts in a shorter amount of time.

More enjoyable hunts

When your property is set up to increase hunting efficiency, you get better trail camera pictures, more deer within range and you get to watch deer use something that you created for them.

If you have marketable timber, we can transform your property and pay you at the same time.

Using your farm's strategy blueprint, we can use logging as the vehicle to build the foundation of your hunting farm.

Meet Mark

We recently hired Mark Luster from the Whitetail Group to help us design and set up our Iowa farm in an effort to hold and hunt mature deer. Mark's background and resume speaks for itself as he consistently takes big mature deer.  During our consultations, it didn't take long to realize how dialed in Mark is and why he is successful year after year.  We walked our entire property marking different trees where Mark would explain in detail why this was the spot and when to hunt it.  Over the course of the day, Mark completely transformed our property to maximize our holding power and increase our hunting experience.  Overall, Mark is a genuine guy that takes great pride in his service. I highly recommend having Mark walk your ground and we look forward to our next project together.
