Clark County, MO 64 Acres

Clark County is the far northeast county in Missouri. Its close proximity to Iowa and Illinois make it an easy drive even if you already own a farm in Western Illinois or Southern Iowa.

Clark County is known for producing big deer year-after-year.

When you zoom out on a map you can see there are big blocks of cover to the north and south that feed into this farm through narrow corridors. Even though this 80 is almost entirely cover, the layout of farms around it create some major funnels.

With the addition of a few woven-wire fences and strategic openings, these funnels will be even more effective. 

Adding a food plot in the southeast corner is really all that is needed to make the farm hunt well all season long. A man-made ditch (borrow pit) runs along the farm's east boundary. It would function as a great entrance and exit route to a box blind on this plot.
